#5: Examine Headphones Port on Vizio TV

#6: Examine Connection Cables
It could be that the HDMI cable is not connected properly or damaged and that’s why it’s causing disruption with audio.

By the way, IC drives the internal speaker and can heat up and fail. So, you may have to replace either the IC or the mainboard/motherboard of the TV, which is beyond an ordinary person’s skills. So, it’s better to get the help of a technician for that.
The motherboard part number is 1AA4B10N260A0, and the number of the IC is LV4906, in case you purchase them.
Now, if you have been using external speakers with your TV, you should also check if those speakers are working fine or not. Otherwise, you will keep saying that the TV has some issues, which is why the TV gives no sound but pictures.
For sony TV, you can follow the process below when using an external soundboard or A receiver audio system.
- Set “Control for HDMI” for both audio systems to “On.”
- Turn on Audio Return Channel on Soundbar
- Set the audio output destination from the TV to “Audio System.”
- Press Input or TV from remote
- Turn on the TV, Turn on the Audio system
- Set TV’s digital audio output setting to PCM
